If the Body Age Plan isn't for you, write to hello@bodyagetest.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.

Renewals

Cancel before your renewal date and you won't be charged again. If a renewal went through by mistake, write to us within 14 days and we will look at it fairly.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is made, access to the plan ends.
